MEETING AT THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE LABOUR COMMISSION

On October 3, at the Chamber of Deputies, at the office of the Honorable Walter Rizzetto, President of the Public and Private Employment Commission, a fruitful meeting was held in which the delegates of the ATECA association (Salvatore Saragò, Giuseppe Piccolo and Giuseppe Scognamiglio) highlighted the numerous distortions, provided for in the Decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies of October 11, 2022, n. 171 and in the recent decree on the credit license for companies operating in temporary and mobile construction sites, which not only have no relevance to health and safety in the workplace, but also lead to discrimination between the interested parties.
